The Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting Chart is formulated based on practical applications and extensive tests conducted by manufacturers. This chart lists common faults that may occur to the unit, the general causes leading to such faults, as well as corresponding troubleshooting methods. However, it cannot cover or provide solutions for every possible fault.

Before repairing or replacing any components, a comprehensive and systematic analysis should be carried out on all potential factors contributing to the fault. When a problem arises, carefully observe to identify the fault, pinpoint its root cause, and then perform the necessary maintenance work to avoid unnecessary damage to the unit.

b. Check for damaged pipelines

1. Power supply not connected: Close the power switch to turn on the power supply.

2. Fuse blown in the control circuit: Replace the fuse and identify and rectify the root cause of the fuse blowout.

3. High-temperature shutdown triggered by excessive exhaust temperature: Follow the instructions in the section "Excessive Exhaust Temperature or Excessive Oil Injection Temperature" to resolve the issue, then restart the compressor.

4. Thermal overload relay tripped: Eliminate the cause of overload and reset the thermal overload relay.

5. Low voltage: Ask the power supply department to inspect the input voltage and compare it with the voltage at the motor terminal to determine the cause of low voltage.

6. Power supply failure: Inspect the power supply system.

7. Loose wiring connections: Check all wiring terminals and tighten them securely.

8. Temperature sensor malfunction: Inspect the sensor and contact professional technicians for repair arrangements.

9. Transformer malfunction: Inspect the secondary voltage of the transformer.
